Who we are

Our vision is to be a Christ-centred community; empowered by the Holy Spirit to extend the Kingdom of God locally, across our nation, and beyond.

Our church is home to a vibrant community of believers, committed to following Jesus and sharing His love with others. We have a strong emphasis on worship, the Word, and serving our local community. Hills Church is a part of the ACC movement and we align ourselves with their values and beliefs.

Our senior pastor, Evan Lekkas, loves the local church, and is passionate about teaching the Bible and helping people grow in their walk with Jesus. He is married to Rachel and has two beautiful young boys, James and Samuel.

We’re a community – We know that following Jesus is meant to be done together. We demonstrate love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control towards one another.

We are Holy Spirit filled and led – We understand that we live not by might, nor power, but by the Spirit.
